American Custom Contractors has recently been awarded the Contractor Connection Performance Excellence Award from the Contractor Connection Network.
As a winner of this award, we had to meet stringent standards and criteria. We had to show a variety of strengths including financial stability, adequate insurance coverage, background checks fulfilled on employees, and properly maintained equipment and facilities.
We have also achieved high Performance Objectives Monitoring System (POMS) scores nationally for the Contractor Connection Network. These scores combine quality requirements with time assessments, response time to a construction site that has been damaged, accuracy of estimates, upload time in process estimates, and customer satisfaction ratings.
American Custom Contractors worked hard to meet the stringent guidelines of the Contractor Connection Network and as a result, have continued to have satisfied customers who have received excellent care. Achieving the goal of this award makes us a better company and we are proud of the accomplishments of the American Custom Contractors team.
