American Custom Contractors did a fantastic job on our roof! The entire process was smooth and straight forward. They worked with us to find the perfect color of Brava tile. The roof is beautiful in every aspect. We were out of town when they put the new roof on and they sent us photos of the progress. When we showed up our yard was in perfect shape. We got our new roof installed by American Custom Contractors. When Brad Colliflower from American Custom Contractors knocked on our door asking if he could inspect our roof, we were not even aware that we were missing tons of shingles and were in dire need of a roof replacement. Brad Colliflower did an amazing job inspecting and assessing our roof prior to the replacement. He stayed in constant contact, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the signing of the documents. Our Homeowners Insurance covered the entire roof replacement, minus our deductible. Once the installation was scheduled, Aaron Horner did an amazing job guiding us through signing the additional documents and kept in constant contact through emails and phone calls during the installation process. The installation crew was extremely professional and did an amazing job while working tirelessly to get the job done. Everyone involved in the process did an excellent job. I definitely recommend American Custom Contractors. They are a fantastic company!

We hired American Custom Contractors to replace the siding in 2021. They were on schedule and professional. Fast forward to July 2025. We had a problem with the exterior mount block coming apart and reached out to them. Joel set a timely appointment and said they’d solve the problem under the five year warranty. Elder Fuentes solved the problem and went the extra mile to replace the mounting blocks with custom blocks I had purchased. He added “let me caulk the edges to make sure rain wouldn’t get behind the block.” It’s his attention to detail that makes the difference between mediocrity and a job well done.

I had some storm damage to my roof and Yanni was a life saver. I am a senior citizen and Yanni explained everything in a clear manner to me. He was available by phone or in person for every concern I had. The job was done in a short time frame and Alex, the project manager, was also very helpful.
