The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority!
American Custom Contractors has been deemed an “essential business” and we are able to continue providing important home services during the Covid-19 health crisis. Our team is offering Virtual Inspections, which allow us to complete inspections to identify ongoing problems with your roof system and provide solutions for how to best address them. We are committed to the safety and health of our staff, customers, suppliers, and industry partners and will be taking additional precautions to ensure we are honoring our commitment to public health and excellence in service.

What does a virtual inspection include? We will still be accessing your roof system to inspect for damages. This is the best way for us to assess the condition of your home. Unfortunately using satellite imagery, or even drone inspections, will not provide us with the ability to access damages that can be hard to detect (such at pitting, granule loss, cracks in shakes or slates, etc.)
Do I need to be home during the inspection? We do ask that homeowners be at their residence when we are on their property for the initial inspection, as we prefer not to access properties without the presence of the owner. If there are items that we want to physically point out to the homeowner, this allows us to do so (at the homeowner’s discretion) while maintaining minimum social distancing requirements of 6’ between parties.
How will I know the results of my inspection? Your Project Consultant will follow-up with you with a Facetime or Zoom call to review the inspection findings and discuss the next steps! We will document the inspection with photos and are utilizing electronic signature platforms to further minimize direct contact between parties at this time.
