Today you all came out to do a final quality assurance walk-through. I wanted to let you know that your crew did a very good job with the install, but I was particularly impressed with the guys who came out to follow up/check on the quality. They checked over everything with a very fine-tooth comb, found and repaired a few little things that had been overlooked, and walked through the entire yard to clean up any little remnants of debris they found. I would have been satisfied and even fairly happy with just the work of the original crew. But that little extra on the part of the walkthrough crew really impressed me and is indicative of a company with a real sense of pride and professionalism. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who needs roofing done, and will call again for any future projects. Thank you for the great experience!

The experience with ACC was customer focused from beginning to end. Alex was tremendous at guiding us through the process of our home’s re-siding and new gutters, along with also providing quotes and work to complete our new patio doors. Alex was onsite frequently and very responsive to any questions or items going on during the job to make adjustments if they were required. He steered the process and, most importantly, kept his word on each item from the first day during our discussions in the quotation phase all the way through job completion. Very transparent and forthcoming, as well as high integrity in the work product and customer service aspects. Would highly recommend Alex and his team. Five stars all the way !!!!!

The company and specifically Michael, did a great job explaining the options and worked with us on a timeline that suited us for the install. Alex took over as the Program Manager and ensured that the install was done correctly and efficiently with little disruption to our schedule. They did an amazing job and even cleaned everything, including the nails that fell into the grass.
