Demetri works closely with every department to ensure homeowners receive a consistent, transparent experience from their first phone call through project completion and long-term warranty support. His leadership emphasizes continuous improvement, professional development, and creating systems that allow every customer to receive the same high level of service.
In addition to leading the company, Demetri is actively involved in coaching and mentoring the sales organization, helping consultants improve their communication, product knowledge, and ability to educate homeowners so they can make confident decisions.
